It may be the first week back after a particularly indulgent Christmas break, but there’s no rest for the wicked. We’ve been hard at work launching our first campaign of the year – Optiwell’s #smallchanges challenge.
Running until 29th February, the challenge encourages people across the country to make a small change to their daily lives – anything from swapping unhealthy snacks for Optiwell, to appreciating a morning sunrise.
We kicked off the campaign with a new page on the Optiwell website featuring a call-to-action video with Holly Willoughby, which explains the challenge, as well as 14 bite-sized #smallchanges videos from Holly providing a little inspiration for participants. We’ll be pushing out these short videos on social media across the campaign, accompanied with other content to provide inspiration for small changes – mostly covering food and fitness.
A number of mummy and lifestyle bloggers have been engaged to kick off the challenge – both by getting involved themselves and encouraging their readers to take part. We’ve already seen some brilliant posts all about resisting temptation and using Optiwell in innovative ways – see here, here and here for great examples.
We’ll select a ‘Post of the week’ on the website celebrating our most inspiring entries and, at the end of the competition, we’ll pick a winner at random to win a trip to New York for two with £1000 spending money.
This campaign typifies everything Optiwell is about – feeling good and being a little healthier without doing anything drastic – and is such a positive start to 2016. We’re very proud of it and hope you get involved! Just post a pic of your small change on social – don’t forget to tag Optiwell UK and use the hashtag.
Here’s to a great 2016!
