Sitting in a very functional category, Crock-Pot's social channels were focussed almost entirely on product, with little flexibility in approach or reactive/timely content. Our challenge was to refresh Crock-Pot’s feed, reflecting their brand personality whilst driving increased discoverability and awareness online.
