The Challenge

To build out the customer journey and increase conversions, introducing consumers to Liz Earle’s new Superskin Eye Cream and encouraging them to try it.

The Solution

We created an easy-to-follow video tutorial with treatment ambassador Abigail James, introducing new customers to Superskin Eye Cream and the Liz Earle brand. We capitalised upon Abigail’s expertise and authority by having her educate customers on the product benefits and the power of botanicals, showing them how they could incorporate them into their existing routine.
